firstly its a coffee mug LOL, just had to say that. it won't change colour with cold water. you need hot water for it to start changing colour,so obviously coffee is served hot therefore when you having your coffee it will change untill you are finished or your coffee gets cold.
so i've added an image which shows here that after you order your mug it will be in its coated colour (black/red/blue/purple) then you will pour in hot water then colour will start changing and thats when your special message or image will appear.
how romantic! right?
